L - Leadership

For Students in Grades 6–12 In partnership with Joyful Confessions, our youth leadership program guides students through a self-discovery and skill-building journey:

  • Discover Purpose: Students begin by identifying their unique strengths and purpose using the science of Hand Analysis.

  • Life Skills & Expression: We provide practical life skills and tailored opportunities that honor and embrace each student's unique personality traits.

  • Community Impact: Participants gain valuable, verifiable volunteer/community service hours for high school and college applications.

I - Impact

We believe in giving back to the community that supports us. A portion of our proceeds is directly donated to various local organizations driving positive change.

F - Family

We believe high-quality enrichment should be accessible to every child. We are committed to supporting our community through flexible financial options and need-based opportunities, ensuring cost is never a barrier to a child's growth.

T - Transformative

Growth doesn't stop when the leadership program ends. Through our Transformative pathway, standout graduates from our Leadership (L) program can transition into paid team members, working directly alongside us to inspire and guide younger keiki in our community programs.
